AT TRUSTED PUBLIC ADJUSTERS GROUP
WE BELIEVE IN BEING TRANSPARENT

Trusted Adjusters Group understands the significance of our clients' involvement in the claim process and we strive to maintain transparency by providing regular updates to ensure a smooth seamless claims experience. Below is a typical claims process.

Inspect Damages

A Trusted Adjuster inspects your property, evaluates your loss, reviews your insurance coverages and begins to document the scope of your property damage and inventory your personal property

File Your Claim

Trusted Adjusters Group takes the necessary steps to file a claim with the insurance company on your behalf, if you have not filed the claim already. We then send the necessary documentation along with our letter of representation to confirm that we are legally representing you in this matter. We ensure your claim is properly filed.

Schedule Inspection

After the claim has been filed, a field adjuster representing the insurance company will come out to inspect the property damage and prepare a report and estimate for the insurance company. A Trusted Adjuster will be present to review damages with the field adjuster.

Submit Estimate

Trusted Adjusters Group will prepare and submit a written estimate to your insurance company. This estimate will include a detailed inventory of your loss along with the estimated costs to repair and replace your damage.

Negotiations

Your insurance company will review their field adjusters report along with Trusted Adjusters estimate. At this stage we begin to negotiate on your behalf to ensure we get the best possible outcome for our client.

Settlement

At this point the insurance company will respond to your claim by either proposing a settlement offer or denying the claim outright. Trusted Adjusters will respond to your insurance company settlement offer and determine if it is in the best intrest of our client. We will never settle a claim without your approval of the settlement offer. We fight for every dollar owed to you.
